The Merseyside and Cheshire Health Services Branch of Unite (formerly AMICUS ) meets the second Wednesday of every month.

Branch meetings are open to all members of Unite who work in the NHS. Some but not all NHS Trusts now have workplace branches. Check with your regional officer to find out. Click here for contact numbers

The purpose of the meeting is to provide a democratic forum to discuss union policy and workplace issues, provide support to members, stewards and to local campaigns

The Branch is always open to suggestions and ideas about how it can support other activists and organisations within the aims, rules and policies of the union
